DELIVERY
We aim to process your order as soon as possible. You will receive an email confirming that your order has been dispatched. For delivery method and duration, please refer to the table below.

Please note that some of our products are hand made in house by our design team, so dispatch times may vary according to availability, it may take a few extra days to catch up on processing orders. Your patience is appreciated.
Most orders require 1-2 working days for preparation before they are ready to be dispatched.

EXPRESS DELIVERY
We offer Express delivery via Fedex/DHL (service varies to different cournties.) . Please be sure to enter all required information at the checkout, or otherwise delivery will be put on hold.
FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY
The delivery time for FEDEX INTERNATIONAL PRIORITY is 2-4 working days after dispatch.

Full tracking service is available for most destination. You will be able to find the tracking details in the dispatch confirmation. Please contact us if you're worried about your order.
WORKING HOURS
We only ship orders Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm (GMT -5), and does not operate on public holidays. All orders placed during the weekend will be processed on the next working day.

You will be able to find the appropriate country at the checkout page, if you can't find your country while entering your billing details please send us a email and we'll expand our delivery areas as soon as possible.
WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS?
If you have entered a wrong shipping address/shipping address is no longer available, please contact us asap. If shipment is lost due to an invalid/wrong shipping address, refund will not be issued.
