Returns / Exchanges
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're sorry to hear about that. If you wish to return / exchange any item, simply return the item to us in its original unused condition within 14 days of advanced notice via email. Further instructions including return address will be given via email.

Return items should be unused and unworn (if applicable) and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. Refund will be issued immediately once we have received your returned item. We will not refund the original delivery charge unless the item is faulty. Alternatively, if preferred, we will also be happy to exchange the item.
Please note:
Return / Exchange request should be arranged with us via email within 14 days after you have received the order. Somewhere Nowhere reserve the rights to reject any refund / return request if we are not contacted via email within the 14 days period. This policy also applies to any order which are claimed to be lost. Customers are advised to report any lost of package within 14 days after the tracking status has changed to “delivered”.
The cost of returning the item to us is on your own responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty.
The return item is on your own responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods / tracked delivery service is recommended.
Full refund including delivery cost will be issued to all faulty item. Please follow the same procedure for general return / exchange by contacting us via email within 14 days.
Lost delivery:
Package lost? Please contact us asap. We will redirect you to your local courier hotline so that you can receive direct local update from them. If you’ve entered a wrong address during check out, let us know, we will try our best to redirect the delivery. If the order is lost because of a wrong shipping address/address is not available to receive, no refund will be issued.
If the package is lost over 2 months and no report has been made. No refund will be issued as our team is unable to initial any investigation.
